How quickly can I expect my videos?

Post-shooting or asset receipt, anticipate a 3 to 5 day turnaround or sooner. One video at a time. Complex projects might take longer.

What if we only need video editing?

We’re your go-to post-production pros! Give us all the footage and we’ll make magic for you!

Who's behind Moonhouse?

Moonhouse boasts a dynamic duo! You'll collaborate directly with me, a co-founder. For bigger projects, our elite crew steps in.

How does the "pause" feature work for monthly subscribers?

Utilized our services and wish to take a break? Pause your subscription and resume later, with remaining days carried over.

What if we only have a single request?

That's fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional video needs. There's no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.

What if we have a shoot outside of Southern California?

We cover all shoots within a 300 mile radius of Southern California. Anything outside of this will incur additional fees for out-of-state crew.

Are actors or models included?

Unfortunately actors and models are not included and there is an additional fee (including voice actors), however we use a specific app where you can collaborate with us in choosing your on screen talent.

Which software do you utilize for post-production?

We work with DaVinci Resolve Studio and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite.

How do I communicate my video requirements?

We kick off with a Zoom call for in-depth discussion, then continue the dialogue via Vimeo and email.

What if I'm unsatisfied with the video?

We'll revise until you're delighted.

How are shooting hours allocated monthly?

Hours vary with the package: 12 hours (Monthly), 16 hours (Quarterly), 16 hours (Annual). Remember, unused hours don't carry over to the next month.

What happens if we surpass our shooting hours?

Additional hours can be arranged at a pre-discussed rate.

Do you help with video concepts and scripting?

Absolutely! From brainstorming to scripting, we're here to collaborate.

Any genres you don't cover?

Discuss your specific requirements with us, and we'll guide you.

Can I influence post-production?

Certainly! We value collaboration and will integrate your feedback.

Can we combine our footage with yours?

Of course, we can merge your footage seamlessly with ours.
